Non-stop milking service is the most important requirement in industrial milk production. Any malfunctions in milking parlor and its related products will directly effect the production. Measures taken through the evaluation of all possibilities to maintain %99.99 continuity are:
Vacuum, milk and fresh air line in milking parlor traverse through metallic cabinet placed on top of hole. In this way, a more resistant system against dust, humidity and physical pressures is established. Components such as milkmeter, pulsator and electrovalve are also located inside the cabinet. Metallic cabinet is made of stainless steel.
Station Management Panel, which provides the management of milking for a station and transfer of all data to ProFarm System, ensures dust and water proofing with globally acknowledged IP-65 certificate.
Barometric pressure is needed for electrovalve and pulsator to work. Fresh air is needed for this pressure to be provided. All devices are connected to fresh air line and this line ends with air filter. Dust ingress into electronical components is prevented this way and long-lasting of these components is ensured.
